In a small #bowl{} whisk together @apple cider vinegar{1/4%cup}, @maple syrup{1%tsp}(or honey), @garlic{1%clove}(grated), @Dijon mustard{1/4%tsp}, @sea salt{1/4%tsp}, and several grinds of @black pepper{}.
Slowly drizzle in @extra-virgin olive oil{1/4%cup} while whisking until the dressing is emulsified.
