+Preheat the oven to 400°F.
+
+Drain the garbanzo beans and rinse with water to clean. Pat dry with paper towels and remove skins as needed.
+Toss the beans with @olive oil{2%tbsp} and spread on a baking sheet.
+Roast for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan every 10 minutes, until deep golden and crunchy. Do not burn.
