Add image metadata to all 78 .cook recipe files:
- Download and relink 19 existing images to roux.roo.lol
- Find and download images for 50 recipes with frontmatter
- Add frontmatter and images for 9 recipes without frontmatter
- All images converted to proper WebP format

fix: correct YAML frontmatter, convert images to proper WebP format
...
- Moved image: field from outside to inside YAML frontmatter (50 files)
- Converted all 56 non-WebP images to proper WebP format via ImageMagick
- Fixed Python shebangs for portability
- Updated source fields in 2 Task 3 recipes

Food Network, etc.) via og:image scraping and DuckDuckGo search + page
scraping for recipes without direct source URLs.
