Juice HALF of @lemon{1} and cut remainder into wedges for garnish. == ROAST SAUSAGE & GNOCCHI == On a #baking sheet{}, toss @potato gnocchi{12%oz}, @red onion{1/3}(pieces), and @cherry tomatoes{6%oz} with @olive oil{2%tbsp}, @salt{}, and @pepper{}. Tear off small pieces of @mild Italian sausage{8%oz} — about 1/4 tbsp — and add to #pan with @gnocchi{}. Transfer to oven and cook for ~{18%minutes}, tossing once. == COOK BROCCOLI RAAB & MAKE VINAIGRETTE == In a #bowl{}, toss @broccoli raab{} with @garlic{1/2%t}, @olive oil{1%tbsp}, @salt{}, and @pepper{}. When @gnocchi{} has cooked for ~{10%minutes} and @tomatoes{} are starting to collapse and soften, add @broccoli raab{} to #pan{}, toss to combine, return to oven and cook another ~{6-8%minutes}, until @raab{} is tender.
