Cut @butter{1.5%oz} into small pieces. In a #mixing bowl, combine Biscuit Starter (flour, baking powder, dried parsley, salt, garlic powder), @shredded cheddar{1/4%cup} & butter with a fork or your hands until butter is incorporated and resembles small peas. Add @milk{1/4%cup} to the biscuit mixture and stir until just moistened. Use a 1/4 cup scoop to drop biscuits onto the prepared pan. Bake biscuits for ~{14-18%minutes}, until cooked through. Whisk to combine BBQ Sauce Starter (@cider vinegar{2%tbsp}, @hot sauce{1%tbsp}, @garlic{1/2%tsp}, @Dijon mustard{1/4%cup}, @ketchup{1/4%cup}, @light brown sugar{1/4%cup}) and set aside. Heat ~{1%tbsp} oil in a #sauté pan over medium-high. Pat @chicken breasts{2} dry then sprinkle with @salt{} & @pepper{}. Add chicken to the hot pan and brown ~{3-4%minutes} per side. Reduce heat to low, then add BBQ sauce, spoon over top of chicken, cover and cook ~{5-7%minutes}, until chicken is cooked through and sauce is thickened. Trim stems from @okra{12%oz} and slice into 1/2 inch rounds. Heat ~{1%tbsp} canola oil in a large #sauté pan over high. Add okra and cook 2 minutes without stirring, then reduce heat to medium-high and stir and cook another ~{4-7%minutes}, stirring occasionally. Juice @lemon{1}. Reduce heat to low, add Okra Spice (~{1/8%tsp cayenne}, @cumin{1/2%tsp}, @smoked paprika{1/2%tsp}, @coriander{1/2%tsp}) and cook another ~{30%seconds}, stirring. Toss okra with lemon juice and season with @salt{} & @pepper{} to taste. Serve chicken coated in barbecue sauce with okra & biscuits on the side.
