Bring a large #pot of well-salted @water{} to a boil and prepare a #bowl of @ice water{}.
Add the @asparagus{2%bunch} to the boiling water and blanch until tender but still bright green {1%minute}.
Transfer immediately to the ice water to stop the cooking {1%minute}.
Drain well, transfer to a clean kitchen towel, and pat completely dry.
Wipe out and reserve the mixing bowl.
At the bottom of the bowl, whisk together the @extra-virgin olive oil{1%tbsp}, @fresh lemon juice{1%tbsp}, @garlic clove{0.5}, @sea salt{0.5%tsp}, and @black pepper{}.
Add the blanched asparagus and the @frozen pea{1%cup} and toss until evenly coated.
Transfer the dressed asparagus and peas to a serving platter.
Drizzle generously with the @avocado dressing{}.
Top with the @radish{3}, @pine nut{0.25%cup}, @feta cheese{0.33%cup}, and @fresh mint or basil leaf{}.
Season to taste with additional salt and black pepper if needed.
