Preheat the oven to 400°F.
|
|
|
|
Drain the garbanzo beans and rinse with water to clean. Pat dry with paper towels and remove skins as needed.

Toss the beans with @olive oil{2%tbsp} and spread on a baking sheet.
|
|
Roast for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan every 10 minutes, until deep golden and crunchy. Do not burn.
|
|
|
|
Season with @salt{to taste} and @spice blend of your choice. Serve warm or at room temperature.
